Lippies by the Bed!
Hey everyone! Keeping lips soft and moisturized overnight is something many forget about, but it makes a big difference by morning.
Having a few go-to lip products right on the bedside table is a great reminder to stay consistent with nightly lip care. Over time, I’ve tested a few options, and while each has its strengths, one truly stands out as my favorite!
1. Emile Cordon Lip Balm (Around $50–60)
This luxury lip balm has a lovely texture and feels nourishing on the lips, but the scent and taste aren’t quite my favorite. I used it regularly for a while but eventually found the flavor slightly distracting, which made me reach for it less often. It’s beautifully packaged and feels premium, though the price point makes it a bit of an indulgence. If a different scent or flavor were available, it might become a more frequent pick.
2. Avant Lip Balm (Around $68)
This one was love at first use—it felt rich and luxurious. However, after a while, I started to feel uncertain about its consistency, even though it’s still within the recommended shelf life. It’s meant to stay good for up to 12 months, but I can’t quite tell if mine has changed slightly over time. For the price, I expected more consistent performance, though I still appreciate how hydrating it felt initially.
3. Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask ($24)
The Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask easily takes the top spot on my bedside table. Despite being the most affordable of the three, it delivers incredible hydration and leaves lips feeling soft and smooth by morning. It also has a subtle glossy finish, making it look great even during the day. The consistency is rich without being sticky, and a small amount goes a long way.
Nighttime lip care doesn’t have to be complicated—just consistent. While all three of these products deliver moisture, Laneige’s Lip Sleeping Mask wins for its texture, hydration, and price. Keeping a few lip balms within reach makes it easy to remember that lips deserve the same care as the rest of your skincare routine!
